Administrative Staff

Nancy Dodd

Practice Manager/Registered Dental Assistant

Nancy brings over 25 years of dental office management experience to our office, giving her the right mix of skills and patience required to manage the busy pediatric office. Before joining the staff in 2001, Nancy spent 23 years in orthodontics and office management. She has deepened her skills with continuing education, including Dental Assistant certification at Volunteer State Community College and Office Management courses.

Pat Wietrzynski

Insurance Coordinator/Hospital Scheduling

Pat’s experience as a chair-side dental assistant gives her a perspective that’s valuable in her current role as Insurance Coordinator. Known for her ability to resolve even the most challenging insurance concerns, Pat simplifies the insurance process for parents and helps them maximize their benefits. She also schedules cases into local hospitals. Pat has been part of our team since 1993.

Christine Baxter

Financial Coordinator

Christine joined our practice in February of 2011 and quickly became a valuable asset to our team.  She takes pride in helping people with their investment of dental care.  She is willing to custom-tailor financial arrangements for each individual and their family.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as, trying new recipes.  Christine is a whiz in the kitchen.

Stephanie Strand

Scheduling Coordinator

Stephanie joined the team at Just 4 Kids Teeth in March of 2010. She is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University where she majored in Broadcast/Journalism and Theatre. When she is not working as the scheduling "diva" at Just 4 Kids Teeth, she enjoys all aspects of the theatre!  She has worked at several local theatres and brings her love of the arts to dentistry by traveling to the library and local daycares as the "tooth fairy". In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, singing, and dancing.

 

Melissa Blackstock

Receptionist

Melissa first joined Dr. Taylor’s staff in 2000 and left in 2004.  Nearly six years later, she is back with the bubbly personality the front desk requires.  With a contagious smile and personality, she is right where she belongs, face-to-face with our patients.  Melissa has a passion for music and sings in her church choir.

Tiffany Dodge

Clinical Manager

Registered Dental Assistant/Coronal Polisher/Sealant Certified/Nitrous Certification/Radiology

Tiffany graduated from MTSU in 2002 earning her Bachelor’s degree.  She later attended Touro University, graduating in 2008, to earn her Master’s degree.  She has worked in a variety of dental specialties for ten years, including general, pediatric, orthodontic and periodontal dentistry.  Her experience brings great insight and knowledge to our practice.  In her spare time she enjoys running and traveling with her husband.

Cindy Johnson

Registered Dental Hygienist

With nearly 20 years of dental experience, Cindy is known for her soothing demeanor and an ability to calm even the most fearful child.  With a wonderful disposition and a loving smile, that disarms even the most anxious patient, Cindy helps everyone maintain good oral hygiene.  She received her dental hygiene training at Tennessee State University, and has been associated with Dr. Taylor’s practice since 1988.  

Tracy Pominville

Registered Dental Hygienist

Tracy has been on staff since January 1998. She completed her Dental Hygiene Degree at East Tennessee State University in 2002. Before joining our staff full time, she did volunteer dental work in Guatemala and continues to volunteer there.

Kyndall Hudson

Registered Dental Assistant/Treatment Coordinator/Coronal Polisher/Radiology

Kyndall attended Dalton College, in Georgia, before she began working at our practice in June of 2007.  She enjoys making dental visits fun and exciting for our patients.  For our parents, she creates a calm and informative environment to explain all treatment needed for your child.  In her spare time, she enjoys baking, reading and spending time with her family and friends.

Paula Crossland

Hygiene Assistant

When it comes to recognizing patients and parents, Paula is the go-to person.  A member of our staff since 2000, Paula uses her dental knowledge to review treatment with parents and help patients have a great experience for their x-rays and cleanings.  She received a Bachelor of Science, in Business Administration, from Tennessee Wesleyan College.

Craig Dodd

Hygiene Assistant

After five years in the retail business, Craig has decided to follow family members into the dental field.  Having a background in customer service, makes him a good addition to our team.  Craig enjoys interacting with the children and knows how to relax them, making their visit a happy and enjoyable one.  When not working, Craig enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Faith Lemons

Registered Dental Assistant/Nitrous Certification

Faith joined our team in February of 2011 as a registered dental assistant.  She graduated from High Tech Institute in 2010, and completed her internship with a local oral surgeon, in Hendersonville.  Her positive attitude and bubbly personality help make the children feel more comfortable when visiting our office.  Faith enjoys spending quality time with her identical twin sister and her niece. 

Marge Smith

Registered Dental Assistant/Certified Dental Assistant/Coronal Polisher/Nitrous Certification

Marge joined our practice over 20 years ago. She received her dental training at Nashville Tech. Her experience and knowledge makes her a great asset in working with our hospital patients. Marge is also an avid animal lover.

Jennifer Schindler

Registered Dental Assistant/Coronal Polisher

Jennifer received her training from Nashville Tech.  She has a bubbly personality that makes her a perfect match for the practice. With a gift for remembering patients and the details about their lives, she brings an enthusiastic attitude to the Orthodontic Department. Jennifer has worked with Dr. Taylor since 1989.

Wendy Hogue

Registered Dental Assistant/Coronal Polisher

Wendy joined our team in 1989.  She received her education at Volunteer State, earning her Associates Degree.  Wendy works to help children and teens achieve happy and healthy smiles through her orthodontic expertise.  Wendy enjoys spending time with her family at sporting events and enjoys reading a good book.

Amanda Shaw

Registered Dental Assistant/Coronal Polisher

Amanda brings over 25 years of orthodontic expertise to our practice.  She received her Associate’s Degree from Nashville Tech.  Amanda’s knowledge in orthodontics “braces” extends to the fabrication of appliances to help children have healthy smiles.
